5 Ways Alpha Women Can Tap Into Their Feminine Energy

If you found this blog article it’s because you consider yourself to be an Alpha Female or an Alpha Woman and you are looking for ways you can tap into your feminine energy so that you can attract a strong, alpha male.

First, so you know who this article is coming from, I’ll share that  I was once masculine energy dominant or feminine energy deficient. Both mean the same thing.

I had to rewire my mind to become more feminine.

I have lived in Florida for the last 11 years but, I grew up in New York; The Bronx, Brooklyn and Long Island to be exact. That Northeast toughness puts girls into their masculine energy. 

I’d like to commend you on your search on how to be more feminine.You want to get into your feminine energy. This is where your true power as a woman is. It’s how God created you.  

Deep down. You know this. You also feel misaligned.

Maybe you’re a self reliant, independent woman who is tired of attracting weak, unavailable, non committal men. 

Maybe you’re in a relationship that isn’t going to the next level. You’re trying to make things move. 

Maybe you saw some stuff out there on social media about how strong Alpha Males want feminine women and you want to learn to date

Bottom line is you want a strong alpha male, a provider and a protector, a man who doesn’t fear commitment, a man who steps up and takes the lead. You want a man who is certain about the life he wants, knows how to treat you, how to dote on you and cherish you, a man who knows how to communicate, a man you can respect and admire.

Being an Alpha Woman, you’re a problem solver so off to Google you went which brought you to this special list of ways Alpha Women can tap into their feminine energy.

Ok let’s roll… with the 5 ways an alpha woman like you can tap into your feminine energy.

  1. Get into your body. 

I’m not going to sit here and tell you to do yoga. If you’re into yoga, great. If you’re not, nothing puts an alpha woman more into her masculine energy than someone suggesting they do yoga. You really want to knock them out.

Getting into your body can include exercise such as cycling, swimming, dancing around your home, going for walks, doing tai chi off a YouTube video. 

Getting into your body also means letting men in your body. No no… I don't mean sex. I mean when you describe how you feel, what you like, bring it back to your body. 

Examples: 

“I love it when a text from you pops up. It makes my heart fat and warm.” 

“When you take a harsh tone with me like that, it really hurts me and I feel tension in my neck and my stomach.”

2. Practice receiving from men and I mean, all men. 

That server at our favorite lunch spot who asked you if you needed anything else; instead of snipping back with a fast, “no, I’m good,” say yes, I’d love an extra thingy of oil and vinegar and a napkin. Even if you are all good learn how to receive help, assistance and kindness from men. 

When a man holds the door for you. Thank him. 

If he wants to bring you flowers. Receive them.

When he asks to cook for you. Let him.

When he asks if you want something when he goes to the kitchen. Think of something for him to bring you.

When the nice man at the supermarket offers to pack your groceries, let him. 

If he then asks if you need help bring them all to your car. Your answer… “I don’t need help but I sure would love it. Thank you!” 

Remember that statement and program your mind with it. You don’t need help but you would LOVE it. 

3. Practice making the “that stinks” face. 

Men will say stuff that will piss you off. They will come at you in a way that won’t land right. It puts us in a reactionary fight mode which is masculine. However, if when something is said that rubs you wrong, just stand there making a face as if you caught a whiff of something stinky. 

Example: 

Him: Why does it take you girls so long to get ready? I mean you look great but an hour and a half? Really?

You: Stinky face. 

Him: Awwwh come here. I’m sorry. (Both laughing) You look gorgeous. Worth every minute. You: (Smiling) You look handsome. I wish I could pull off this level of beauty in 20 minutes like you. 

Him: You look beautiful even when you’re not all done up. 

You: Thank you my love. 

4. Practice asking men for help in a feminine way. 

Remember, you don’t need help, you can pretty much do anything for yourself with a cell phone credit card. So ask men to do the stuff you don’t want to do. 

Examples:

My love, can you help me? I’m getting this kitchen cleaned up, will you handle garbage, right now for me pleeeeeze? 

Excuse me sir, you’re tall, can you help me get this light thingy off the shelf. I was going to climb but I didn't want to hurt myself. 

My love, I’m trying to figure out why my phone’s volume isn’t working. I already shut it off and restarted it. I don’t know what else to do. 

5. Make self care a priority.

Journaling is a huge self care ritual for me. It’s how I get clear around what I want and it is a form of prayer for me. In my coaching programs one of the tools I teach is intentional journaling. This is a powerful way to manifest your desires.

If soaking in a tub with a skin mask on your face is your thing… do it. 

If painting, reading, taking a personal development course is your thing… do it.

If self care means listening to a podcast in the shower… do it.

Get massages, acupuncture, facials; things that feel ahhhh. 

Be mindful of what you’re eating, drinking, watching and listening to. 

Work on being more connected with yourself. Nurture and love yourself.
